π¦ Returns
We offer a 7 Days Return Policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. The item must be in the same condition as received. Returns requested after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
π° Refunds
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed via bank transfer or store credit, depending on the situation. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer only.
π« Non-Returnable Items
Used or opened skincare products cannot be returned. Items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return. Products returned without original packaging will not be accepted.
π Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are non-refundable. If the return is due to our mistake, such as a wrong or damaged item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
β Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
